Finders keepers. I have not used that overused phrase much ,not in some time but this one applies. The apartment exudes confidence and we got some really good images for you to review. The owner is special too so please have excellent references . Ok lets chat about the apartment because " the location " is grand too ! The KITCHEN is PERFECT. It has a nice rectangular semi open shape and you can see the current renters beautiful table just to its right overlooking 2 windows. The counter space is good and its just a wonderful kitchen ....promise ! You walk into a rather spacious LIVINGSPACE and I must say its great and roomy and comfortable . The DOOR, yes that beautiful VINTAGE Door out of a fantasy film opens to a LARGE MBR you will really enjoy . The MBR is spacious and gets good natural light. This rental has ALOT of CHARACTER including a VINTAGE BATHROOM that is decent size and COLORFUL . For me its also a nice treat .This BALTIC St. Cobble Hill rental is a gem . Excellent references required and the price is great . PETS: Owner prefers none but is open to a small pet so its case by case with a strong renter that will take care of the apt . The Heat + Hot Water are included . The staircase that leads to this beautiful rental is quite distinct and windy ....and adds much character aw well . This is a fabulous package ,truly exceptional ! The location is great as you are close to some fabulous Cobble hill cafes . November 1 or November 15th works .
